| Lisa Reisman is a
Director at Azul Partners. She has over a decade of
experience in the consulting and trading industries.
Ms. Reisman is both a strategist and thought leader,
and has published extensively on technology, trade and
sourcing issues. Formerly with Deloitte Consulting and
Andersen, she has spearheaded consulting engagements
in the heavy industry, automotive, electronic and household
appliances industries. Ms. Reisman has also led technology
practices and vendor alliances, created deal structures,
developed key performance measures for alliance success,
and implemented alliance management processes.
Ms. Reisman is well versed in a range
of technologies, having led vendor evaluations for sourcing,
supply chain, and product lifecycle management applications.
While at Andersen, she directed the team responsible
for evaluating the firm's supply chain partnerships
and also served as Director, Digital Strategy and Research,
leading a group that published
whitepapers and thought leadership to drive marketplace
recognition. Prior to Andersen, Ms. Reisman owned and
operated her own metals trading company sourcing and
selling a full range of semi-finished aluminum products
from and to emerging markets including: Russia, China,
India, Romania, Venezuela, Mexico, Taiwan, South Africa,
Ghana, Pakistan and Israel.
Ms. Reisman earned her MPA from New
York University, where she received the Robert F. Wagner
Graduate of Public Administration Fellowship. She also
holds a BA in political science and journalism from
the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her opinions have
been quoted in numerous industry trade magazines and
business publications, and she has authored dozens of
whitepapers and columns. She currently serves as Editor-at-Large
of
Surplus Record, an industrial publication with
a circulation of 75,000. Ms. Reisman is INCOTERM certified
by the World Trade Institute, New York, NY and also
holds a Six Sigma Black Belt.
